I am very grateful to have met Hélène. Hélène cares a lot about her patients, she has empathy and an enormous heart.The treatments go beyond the touch of massage therapy.Hélène provides a safe space where your body and your nervous system can wind down and heal.

Helene is simply one of the most gifted people that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have been receiving treatments from her since 2020 when I first visited for a prenatal massage. I have since had a combination of massage and craniosacral therapy and now spinal flow. Many times when I have gone to Helene for treatment, I didn't know what I needed from the experience until it was done and I felt renewed and empowered. Every time I leave feeling spiritually connected with myself and renewed with energy and clarity.The Spinal Flow treatment was an experience that is hard to put into words, but for me I could feel the healing energy as she worked throughout my body, and two specific emotions came up that I was able to acknowledge and release after the fact. I noticed the difference of tension in my neck and shoulders during the treatment and after getting up off of the table. I recommend anyone who is looking to heal physical pains and connect with their mind and their body in the process to visit Helene for any of her treatments, as she is so intuitive with each of her clients.
